Yoga Ideas (from Mrs. Nichols):
- Partner-less Yoga
- Keeping in mind all of the partner yoga poses that you have learned this term, come up with alternative ways to keep them partner postures without using another person. Get creative! Think about using things from around your house to create these poses.
- Mindful Reflection
- Everyday, take 5 - 10 minutes to sit or lay in stillness letting your body have a chance to relax from everything going on. Focus on your breathing by taking slow and deep inhales/exhales. You are welcome to play a relaxing song while you do this.
